2019 Stall / Food Concession Applications

We are now accepting applications for this year’s festival, which will take place on Monday 6 May ( Early Spring Bank Holiday ). With 10,000 visitors, the festival is an ideal way to sell and showcase your wares or if you are a charity, good cause or community group, it’s a great platform to let people know all about the brilliant work that you do!
Up to 60 Market Stalls ( covered and inclusive of a table ) will again be located in Earlsdon Street and these are priced at just £50 each. Please note that NO hot food or alcohol can be sold from stalls for health & safety / licensing reasons. Cold food can be sold, but we’ll need to see proof of compliance with relevant food safety / hygiene laws from successful applicants. Up to 20 pitches are available at the always popular Earlsdon Primary School playground. These are located under cover but you will need to bring your own equipment (table). These are priced at just £25 each. See below for an example of a playground stall from the 2018 festival.
A number of pitches are available for professional street food vendors and ice cream vans.
In Earlsdon Street these are priced at £150 and at the school playground they are £75.
Applications are being accepted until 1 February and we are aiming to give outcomes to all applicants by 17 February. Successful applicants will be expected to pay for their stall or pitch by 3 March.
