2019 Stall & Food Concession Applications

The 2019 festival will take place on Monday 6 May, from 10am – 4pm. Up to 10,000 visitors are expected and it is an ideal event to sell, showcase and promote your business or organisation.
60 Market Stalls (covered & inclusive of table) will be located in Earlsdon Street. These are priced at £50 each.
Up to 20 pitches are available at Earlsdon School playground – in a covered location but bring your own table. These are priced at £25 each.
Cold food can be sold from stalls but NO hot food or alcohol.
Pitches for professional street food vendors (hot food welcome) and ice cream vans are also available.
A pitch in Earlsdon Street costs £150 while at the school playground it will cost £75.
Closing date for application is 1 February. We aim to notify all applicants if they have been successful or not by 17 February, though this date may change. Any stall or concession selling food will be expected to provide up to date documentation proving compliance with relevant food safety / hygiene legislation. The festival is an inclusive family oriented event. It is non-political and non-denominational.
