The Earlsdon Festival is a non-profit organisation that relies solely on the input of our wonderful community to keep running.
Each year, the festival requires a huge amount of volunteers to help us staff the road closures in & around Earlsdon Street. This ensures the safety of festival goers and is a legal requirement for the festival taking place.
If you can spare a couple of hours of your time to support us we’d love to hear from you! Minimum age 16 and a friendly disposition are the only requirements. On the day you’ll be handing out the event flyer and answering simple questions from festival goers and motorists. You’ll have a radio linked to the Festival Information Centre outside Payne Associates so help is always on hand if needed. Just fill in the online form & we’ll get back to you. Getting involved with the festival is a hugely fun and rewarding job and it looks great on a CV.
Alternatively, if you have other talents you can bring to the festival then drop us an email through our contact page.
Have you thought about volunteering for the festival? It takes a commited and community minded bunch of folks to keep the festival running each year. From road closurese to marketing and much more. If you have a head full of ideas and think you know how the festival can be improved then why not get involved!
